Hi! It’s Jesse. We are offering a 1-gallon Aloe ramosissima (Aloidendron ramosissimum), commonly known as the Maiden’s Quiver Tree.
These are incredible tree-forming, heavily branched Aloes with narrow green to blue-green leaves held in small rosettes at the ends of smooth branches.
Aloe ramosissima is especially distinctive because it begins branching at or near ground level while still young. Mature plants develop into dense, sculptural shrubs around 6 feet tall and wide, with exceptional specimens reaching around 9 feet.
The name ramosissima refers to its extremely branched growth habit—it is considered one of the most heavily branched of the tree Aloes.
Mature plants produce short, branched flower stalks covered with beautiful bright canary-yellow tubular flowers during the cooler season.
This one is already getting some nice size and is in pristine condition. A spectacular architectural tree Aloe and a must-have for the serious collector.
You will receive the actual Aloe pictured or a similar Aloe.
Aloes will be mailed bare root.
Thank you,
Little Garden Gemz
