Hi! It’s Jesse. We are offering a 1-gallon Aloe gilbertii.
These are beautiful branching, shrub-forming Aloes native to Ethiopia. They produce dense rosettes of long, recurving green to blue-green leaves that may develop attractive bronze, brown, or mauve tones under brighter growing conditions.
As they mature, Aloe gilbertii develops upright to spreading stems that can reach around 3–5 feet long, gradually forming an impressive multi-stemmed specimen.
Mature plants produce large, highly branched flower stalks covered with numerous orange to red tubular flowers, creating an impressive display above the foliage.
This one is already getting some nice size and is in pristine condition. An uncommon Ethiopian species with a beautiful shrubby growth habit and a must-have Aloe for the collector. These are flowering-age Aloes.
You will receive the actual Aloe pictured or a similar Aloe.
Aloes will be mailed bare root.
Thank you,
Little Garden Gemz
