Hi! It’s Jesse. We are offering a 1-gallon Aloe harlana, commonly known as the Harla Aloe.
These are beautiful broad-leaved, rosette-forming Aloes native to eastern Ethiopia. They produce glossy dark-green leaves with strong dark-brown marginal teeth, and younger plants may show attractive pale spotting that can become less noticeable with age.
Aloe harlana is generally stemless and solitary, although mature plants may slowly produce pups and form small groups. Mature rosettes can reach around 2–3 feet tall and wide, creating a substantial architectural specimen.
Mature plants produce impressive branched flower stalks reaching around 3 feet tall, carrying dense clusters of dramatic deep red flowers. Bright yellow-flowering forms of the species are also known.
This one is already getting some nice size and is in pristine condition. An uncommon Ethiopian species and a must-have Aloe for the collector. These are flowering-age Aloes.
You will receive the actual Aloe pictured or a similar Aloe.
Aloes will be mailed bare root.
Thank you,
Little Garden Gemz
