Hi! It’s Jesse. We are offering a 1-gallon Aloe karasbergensis, commonly known as the Karasberg Aloe.
These are beautiful broad-leaved, low-growing Aloes with blue-green to gray-green foliage marked by distinctive dark longitudinal stripes. The leaves have smooth whitish margins rather than the prominent teeth found on many Aloe species, giving this plant a very clean and unusual appearance.
Aloe karasbergensis forms a substantial low rosette with leaves reaching around 16–20 inches long. Plants may remain solitary or produce pups from the base as they mature, eventually developing into impressive multi-headed groups.
Mature plants produce highly branched flower stalks covered with beautiful pink to pale coral-red flowers, accented with whitish striping and contrasting green tips.
This one is already getting some nice size and is in pristine condition. A distinctive southern African Aloe with incredible striped foliage and a must-have for the collector. These are flowering-age Aloes.
You will receive the actual Aloe pictured or a similar Aloe.
Aloes will be mailed bare root.
Thank you,
Little Garden Gemz
