Hi! It’s Jesse. We are offering a 1-gallon Aloe microstigma, commonly known as the Karoo Aloe or Small-Spotted Aloe.
These are beautiful spotted, rosette-forming Aloes with blue-green foliage covered in distinctive white markings and contrasting reddish teeth along the leaf margins.
Aloe microstigma generally reaches around 2 feet tall and may grow as a solitary rosette or slowly develop into a small group. Under strong sun, drought, or other environmental stress, the blue-green foliage can develop attractive reddish-brown tones.
This species is especially prized for its incredible flowering display. Mature plants can produce several flower stalks at once, reaching around 3 feet tall. The flowers are commonly two-toned, beginning as red buds and opening orange, while solid red and yellow-flowering forms are also known.
This one is already getting some nice size and is in pristine condition. A heavily spotted, colorful Aloe and a must-have for the collector. These are flowering-age Aloes.
You will receive the actual Aloe pictured or a similar Aloe.
Aloes will be mailed bare root.
Thank you,
Little Garden Gemz
