Hi! It’s Jesse. We are offering a 1-gallon Aloe schoelleri.
These are unusual cliff-growing Aloes native to Eritrea. They produce broad gray-green leaves with distinctive reddish margins and widely spaced teeth. Under dry conditions, the foliage can curve inward and develop beautiful purple to reddish tones.
As Aloe schoelleri matures, it develops a short prostrate to hanging stem, giving older plants a distinctive trailing architectural form. Plants may remain solitary or develop into small groups.
Mature plants produce tall, dense flower spikes with beautiful pastel orange flowers, accented by brighter orange stamens extending beyond the blooms.
This one is already getting some nice size and is in pristine condition. A rare and unusual Eritrean Aloe and a must-have for the serious collector. These are flowering-age Aloes.
You will receive the actual Aloe pictured or a similar Aloe.
Aloes will be mailed bare root.
Thank you,
Little Garden Gemz
