Hi! It’s Jesse. We are offering a 1-gallon Aloe ‘Tangerine’.
These are impressive upright, architectural hybrid Aloes with broad blue-green foliage and attractive teeth along the leaf margins. As they mature, they develop into substantial specimens with a bold landscape presence.
Aloe ‘Tangerine’ is especially prized for its spectacular winter flowering display. Mature plants produce tall, branched flower stalks with rich tangerine-orange buds that open into glowing yellow-orange flowers.
The flower stalks begin coloring well before the flowers fully open, allowing the vibrant display to last for an extended period during the cooler months.
The exact parentage of Aloe ‘Tangerine’ is uncertain, making this an especially interesting historic collector cultivar originally distributed through Huntington Botanical Gardens.
This one is already getting some nice size and is in pristine condition. A beautiful winter-flowering Aloe and a must-have for the collector. These are flowering-age Aloes.
You will receive the actual Aloe pictured or a similar Aloe.
Aloes will be mailed bare root.
Thank you,
Little Garden Gemz
